Plant Supervisor - Oshkosh (Negotiable Pay BOE)

Description: Support daily plant operations to maintain a consistent and effective manufacturing flow while establishing a safe and healthy plant environment for all employees. Minimize schedule disruptions based on pro-actively resolving issues/problems related to the manufacturing process by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

Identify/investigate opportunities for plant and equipment improvements. Support "New Employee Orientation" process. Perform employee performance evaluations in a timely and objective manner. Participate in and support team activities and projects. Skills: high school diploma or equivalency. Two years’ related experience. Machine or Flexographic Press operation experience, preferred. Flexographic Press Operator - $16/HR Oshkosh

Description: Sets up and operates flexographic printing press to print designs or lettering on rolls of flexible plastic film, paper, and nonabsorbent stock by performing the following duties.

Requirements: Run a press machine in an efficient manner to meet production goals and deliver a product that exceeds the customers’ quality requirements. Adhere to all safety guidelines and machine operating procedures. Follow all instructions and procedures noted on the PFS listed in all job folders. Complete shift paperwork and checklists or enter job data into computer programs. Mount printing sleeves on to printing cylinders and install in press. Take viscosity and pH. Inspect material being printed during production run, both visually and through x-rite. Roll changes and wrapping finished rolls. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance. Other duties as assigned.

Description: Assists Operators in operating printing and/or converting machines by performing the following duties.

Requirements: Adhere to all safety guidelines and machine operating procedures. Assist in the set-up of the machine. Furnish Operator with materials, tools, and supplies. Follow all instructions and procedures noted in each print job master folder. Insure product specifications are being adhered to. Inspect product for quality, alerting Operator if a problem arises. Mount printing sleeves on to printing cylinders and install in press. Take viscosity and pH. Inspect material being printed during production run. Machine Mechanic - $18-$21/HR Appleton

Description: Perform maintenance activities through the implementation of preventative maintenance program elements and ongoing maintenance repair programs for the facilities and various packaging and processing equipment. Position requires the knowledge and ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot, repair, install and maintain production, manufacturing, and building and support equipment.

Description: The Utility Operator (Cut-size or Folio) is responsible for hand wrapping or operating a stretch wrap machine. This position is very fast paced and requires the employee to balance priorities while achieving positive results in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity.

Requirements: Hand wrap skids of paper goods and stage product to be poly wrapped. (Folio) Assist Sheeter Operator with equipment set up, adjustments and basic maintenance as required. (Folio) Palletize cartons utilizing a vacuum lift. (Cut-size) Operate pallet stretch wrap machine. (Cut-size) Operate forklift. Maintenance Technician - $20/HR + Oshkosh & Little Chute

Description: Develop and assist in establishing and conforming to preventative maintenance programs. Initiate and follow up on bidding process on construction and materials on an as needed basis. Coordinate and monitor outside contractor activities on work performed in the plant. Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts. Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery. Layout, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment. Maintain physical structure of establishment and perform minor repairs. Fabricate and repair counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures. Adhere to all safety guidelines, machine operating procedures and environmental regulations. Other duties may be assigned. Position will train on 1st shift (6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) before going to the 3rd shift.

Description: This position pull and stages raw materials for production usage according to work order requirements and then returns excess materials to proper storage locations. Duties and Responsibilities: Read work orders and pick sheets for required materials. Examine work orders for accuracy. Review production schedule to determine priority of work orders to pull and stage. Pull the correct paper rolls and packaging materials for work orders and stage materials at the production lines. Lay rolls down to cutting position when production starts work orders. Monitor the materials in staging areas to determine the daily pulling priority for each production line. Remove waste products from production lines and paper balers. Return paper rolls and packaging materials from production lines to the correct inventory locations. Ensure proper labeling, controls and storage of inventory materials. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 1 year light manufacturing experience, preferred. Prior experience using industrial vehicles: roll clamps and forklifts. Orientation and part of the training for this position will take place on Day shift, between 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (approximately 1-2 weeks of training on Days after the 4 hour orientation). Then continue training on the opposite Night schedule, (Shift D) before moving to the regular Night schedule (Shift B).
